Not the right time

"It was not the right time, I am afraid".

How many times have you heard this expression as a way of explaining some decision or failure?

Probably, many times, and lots of them from yourself. So do I.

For years I have thought about time as one of the main reasons that made some choices unacceptable or even impossible. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Finally I realized that I was using this expression not as an explanation, but as an excuse.

Yes. An excuse created to hide some other reasons that made this decision maybe acceptable but too difficult. Could be fear of doing what I have to do and fail? Or just fear of a change?

But why? Why am I thinking this way?

First of all, because I have understood that I was analysing the wrong topic. Decisions are not about time but about choices. The right choice will be always right. And the wrong one, would simply change but not become right, because we change as well after time, and so do our needs and thoughts.

That's the reason why, when we said "not the right time", we were trying to tell ourselves that the choice was good but we had nothing to do about. It means, we did not want to answer the main question:

Is it the right choice? Is it the right person?

If it is not, don't worry, it is not, it was not and it won't be. Easy. But if it is, do not think about time, because maybe later you could realise that you did destroy the right one, the one that was, but it is not and it won't be. Just because you did not want to accept that it really was.

On the other hand, if it could be the right one, forget about the efforts we will need to make, because happyness is always behind right choices and attempts. Time will be endless if we do not have the answer of this main and simple question.

Please, next time you need to decide, just decide among choices. Time is just time. Today is the perfect day to change your tomorrow.

There is no choice of deciding time, so find always the time to think about the choice.

This way, you could always be proud of what you did, what you do and what you probably will do.

Anyway, we have all heard that trains just pass once, right? (something like "opportunity knocks but once").

Remember, it is the right time!

What's your motto?

The better, the easier... the easier, the better. 

Professionals should always try their best, just to make everyone's life better. I know it could sound a little bit obvious or stupid, but the reality we can see outside is quite sad and hopeless. Anytime you start a new professional project, as a challenge, you realize that most of people is not aware of this beautiful and very interesting motto. These people are used to enjoy looking for the most difficult solution in order to feel more intelligent or just above the others. It is a pity to be surrounded by this kind of colleagues. In my opinion, we should be working together in order to achieve the same goal, make our clients' life easier, and thus, better.

That's the reason why my motto is so clear!

The better, the easier... 
It means that as long as I am concerned of my professional reality, the better is a project, the easier it looks like, and the easier it would be for others to get involved and make it real.

There would be no doubt that if we all agree with the first part of this motto, the second one is just the result of it. If we understand the first idea, we would understand that the easiest way of create a new project, would be the best one. As a conclusion, we could say that this is an inspiring circle, where it does not matter in which point you decide to start, you will always find the right path to success.

Unfortunately, this society has created an idea of:

Complexity means quality and simplicity means laziness. In my opinion, nothing could be so far to the unique truth. As long as we consider simplicity as the most difficult and helpful feature of this life, easy will be understood as the top of simplicity, the maximum of quality. Make something easy, does not mean, without any effort. In fact, usually means with double effort. First of them, to find the solution, and second one, to go further until we find the best one, the easiest one.

If we all work and live on this way, probably we all will comply with one of the most important rules ever: Enjoy this unique life as if this moment would be the last one. It does not matter if we prefer to use the expression hakuna matata or carpe diem. The important thing here, is to understand that we are not alone in this living wandering. What makes life so amazing is that we are allowed to share its happiness with others like us. And the best way of inviting them to join us on this trip, it is just make everything easy for them. Any relationship we could get into, would need to be supported by the same principle: make my life easier and happier and I will be always here to make yours even better.

Are you ready for that? Do you know how stunning this life could be if everyone try their best for that? I don't know what's your opinion about it, but do not hesitate I am here to tell you that I have already chosen my point of view.

I am sorry to tell you this, but... NO! Life is not so complicated. We make it the way it is. It is up to all of us to change our reality into a better and unforgettable one. Stop looking for miracles and enjoy your simplicity! It is always good to be ambitious and search for greater challenges, but do not forget the main and most important thing: Be happy and enjoy!
